Project Resources Mobilization and Awareness (Project RMA), the second phase of the Supply Initiative is an outcome of Supply Initiative Phase I. It is built on the successful tools created and utilized in Phase I, but triples advocacy efforts, engaging governments and multilateral institutions at the global, regional and country levels. 

Whereas Supply Initiative Phase I successfully alerted the world to the global need for RH supplies, the second phase  focuses on specific countries and various regional bodies to create tangible financial and political commitment to sustained availability of reproductive health supplies in developing countries.

The Goals

Project RMA seeks to:
  • Increase tangible financial and political support to sustainable reproductive health supplies
  • Coordinate and support advocacy strategies at the national, regional, and global levels.

The Approach

Project RMA takes a three-tiered approach to effectively promote advocacy efforts and policy recommendations.  Advocacy is engaged and enforced at the global, regional and country levels and are coordinated by the different partner organizations.
